1. Same Day Delivery: We understand the importance of getting your food and groceries on time. That's why we offer same-day delivery services for all orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day.

2. Delivery Fees: We charge a nominal delivery fee of up to 7 INR per KM for all orders. This fee may vary depending on the distance of your location from our store. The delivery fee will be added to your order total and will be displayed at the time of checkout.

3. No Refund Policy: We do not offer any refund for food and grocery items once the order has been confirmed and processed. In case of any damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Delivery Timings: We deliver from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We do not offer delivery services on Sundays and public holidays.

5. Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery services in selected areas of the city. Please check our website or app for the list of areas we cover.
