Cancellation Policy:

1. If the customer cancels the order after it has been dispatched, no refunds will be provided.

2. If the customer cancels the order before it has been dispatched, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value may be charged.

3. If the order is cancelled due to unavailability of stock, the customer will be informed and no cancellation fee will be charged.

4. If the order is cancelled due to technical issues or any other reasons, the customer will be refunded the full amount.

Delivery Policy:

1. We provide same day delivery for all orders placed before 12 pm.

2. We charge delivery fees up to 7INR per KM, which will be added to the total amount of the order.

3. If the delivery is delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be informed and an alternative delivery time will be provided.

4. If the customer is not available to receive the delivery, the delivery will be rescheduled for a later time.

Note: We do not offer refunds for any reason, including delivery delays or cancellation of orders.
